My condo is up for a new tenant again and I immediately thought about iMove Chicago as they was able to find me a tenant quickly last time ( and a very good tenant ). To no surprise, iMove Chicago fulfilled my expectation. Erick answer all my questions and is always patience and prepare. When my place is up for a new tenant again, I will definitely reach out to iMove Chicago for the 3rd.

This is the second time I have my condo listed for rent with Erick and he did a terrific job both times. He is always available and answers all my questions. I also lived out of state away from my condo. Erick go above and beyond to help me take care of errands that I otherwise will have to buy a plane ticket to fly back to deal with. I will definitely reach out to him again next time I need an agent for my condo.

I''m based in the NYC area, but own a condo on the beach in Rogers Park. It''s incredibly stressful to try to lease the unit while being 1000 miles away, but Erick''s professionalism and responsiveness made things simple. Erick quickly managed to rent my unit to high quality tenants during the quiet winter months. There were a couple maintenance issues that popped up that he let me know about - if he had not told me I never would have known.

The best!! Needed to rent my condo and had previously listed the rental with the Apartment People with little result. The entire process, handled by Erick, was great. He was attentive, prompt and provided constant communication on viewings and the entire process. The lease was drafted/reviewed quickly and he showed up in person to meet with myself and my tenant on several occasions.
I would HIGHLY recommend using them in Chicago. My condo was rented less than 2 wks after listing!!!

Our experience was wonderful. Erick really took care of us and we have told all our friends that they need to go through her. He is the best.

He got us a great apt. We had cash and were ready to go. I would have gone with a different company but every apt that we found we had to go though rent smart. So I guess you could say your lucky you have such great listings.

But from here on out we will always go through Erick for our apt or condo if we decide to buy.

Erick Ocasio has been simply incredible to work with. I have never worked with a more professional and truly caring agent before. He has worked really hard to find us the place that would be just right for our family. He kept us updated on new listings and when one listing fell through beyond His control He went out of his way to find us something that fit our profile. He has done everything in her power to find us just the right listing and even though we didn't find anything in the short time we gave him, I was truly sad not to be able to sign with him as I know he would truly have taken care of us.
