My condo is up for a new tenant again and I immediately thought about iMove Chicago as they was able to find me a tenant quickly last time ( and a very good tenant ). To no surprise, iMove Chicago fulfilled my expectation. Erick answer all my questions and is always patience and prepare. This is the second time I have my condo listed for rent with Erick and he did a terrific job both times. He is always available and answers all my questions. I also lived out of state away from my condo. Erick go above and beyond to help me take care of errands that I otherwise will have to buy a plane ticket to fly back to deal with. I''m based in the NYC area, but own a condo on the beach in Rogers Park. It''s incredibly stressful to try to lease the unit while being 1000 miles away, but Erick''s professionalism and responsiveness made things simple. Erick quickly managed to rent my unit to high quality tenants during the quiet winter months. There were a couple maintenance issues that popped up that he let me know about - if he had not told me I never would have known.
The best!! Needed to rent my condo and had previously listed the rental with the Apartment People with little result. The entire process, handled by Erick, was great. He was attentive, prompt and provided constant communication on viewings and the entire process. The lease was drafted/reviewed quickly and he showed up in person to meet with myself and my tenant on several occasions.

He got us a great apt. We had cash and were ready to go. I would have gone with a different company but every apt that we found we had to go though rent smart. So I guess you could say your lucky you have such great listings.
