Building Description
This brand new construction just completed as of June 2010 provides affordable housing for families and individuals with low income. Apartment homes are available from 1-3 bedrooms for those who qualify within a certain income bracket. 1 Bedrooms start at $650, 2 Bedrooms start at $850 and 3 bedrooms start at $1050. There is a $50 processing fee that includes: application, backround check, drug testing and home visit. Tenants must pass in all of these areas to be qualified.
