Building Description
This is a landmark building on the National Register of Historic Places. Prairie School Architecture. It has been totally restored. Apartments have terraces, bays, hadwood sanded floors, working fireplaces, natural woodwork, and canvassed walls. The fireplaces all have oak mantles. There are high ceilings and the formal dining rooms have built-in buffets with leaded glass doors. All rooms are extremely large, bright and airy. Natural, burnished oak throughout. All kitchens have color coordinated appliances, real wood cabinets and brick paver tile floors. There are multiple ceramic tile baths with vanity sinks. Exellent closet space. The larger apartments all have dishwashers. Marble hallways.
