Catalpa Gardens Condominium is 11 stories tall and tops out at approximately 133 feet. The lower three floors of the building are a garage built on grade, consisting of approximately 186 parking spaces. (Five of the parking spaces are designated guest parking.)
Built on top of the garage, the building consists of three towers, which are connected by windowed walkways. Traveling between towers is an exceptional experience, and allows each resident to view the Edgewater neighborhood and surroundings from the corridors.
