This building is an 88 unit 11 story building. It was built in 1968 as housing for nurses and doctors when the Ravenswood Hospital was growing and expected to be a major medical force on Chicago's Northwest Side. Things didn't turn out as planned as the hospital closed in the mid 1990's and the building was converted to apartments. The units have heat included, but electric and central air are paid for by the tenant. There is a laundry room on the first floor. There are laundry facilities and bike storage on the ground floor.
