Been rejected for an apartment recently? Seems you are not alone. The New York Times reports here that a Qatari prince was recently rejected as a tenant at a posh Central Park co-op, despite his willingness to shell out the $31 Million price. Seems that the current residents valued their privacy and thought that the prince could draw unwanted attention.
