Outdoor Ice Skating Season in Chicago

January 25,2013 |

As I watched the snowfall this morning it reminded me of how I use to enjoy hitting the ice at one of several out door Chicago ice skating rinks.  Whenever I wanted that in the city feel I would skate at Daley Bicentennial Plaza; but now I want to enjoy some ice-skating time at Millennium Park Ice Skating Rink. What better surrounding scan you be in for that city feel?

Millennium Park Ice Skating Rink.

Getting out and ice skating is great way for families to break up the winter doldrums and to put down those iPhones, Androids, Notebooks, and alike, and to connect with real live people. What a great day event this would make for families, couples, or individuals, get out of the house and have some fun. If you don’t have your own skates most rentals are about $10.00.
